The most usual reason for this kind of internal fault is that the
application (amq_server.exe) contains a mix of debug and non-debug
code.  It's covered in the FAQ:
http://wiki.openamq.org/tutorial:building-openamq-faq.

Do a clean build (if in doubt, delete all .libs and .objs in the
tree), and let us know if the error persists.
