[openamq-dev] A very basis Windows build question

Hi,
 
I downloaded the latest Windows package "OpenAMQ-1.2c4.zip" and unziped
it onto the Desktop, I followed the "Building from source" instructions,
setting IBASE to c:ibase and the PATH to include IBASE\bin then ran the
"build" batch file.
 
I am using Microsoft Visucal Studio .NET 2003, cl version reveals
"Microsoft (R) 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 13.10.3077 for
80x86"
 
When I run the build.bat file, the build fails with:
 
boom I: [gsl]: Building GSL...
gsl.c
c:\Documents and
Settings\steve\Desktop\OpenAMQ\OpenAMQ-1.2c4\gsl-4.0c19\ggpriv.h(25) :
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sfl.h': No such file or
directory
Compile errors in gsl.c
boom E: [gsl]: 'c -q gsl' failed - stop.
E: Build of gsl4 failed
 
I see from the source that ggpriv.h #includes "sfl.h", but this file
isn't in the OpenAMQ-1.2c4\gsl-4.0c19 its in OpenAMQ-1.2c4\base-1.2d7, I
have changed the source to look for the sfl and smt include files in the
correct location but then of course the link fails.
 
What am I doing wrong?
