[openamq-dev] OpenAMQ on Mac OS X, port added to MacPorts

Ok, lets wait what he has to say, I can make it optional in both ports to
either work with the platform version of APR or the OpenAMQ-packaged
version. That makes it a bit more complicated though, not only for me, but
also for users, so if it is not really necessary...
There are lots of updates since APR 1.2.2, I wonder if these updates overlap
with your patches... We'll see.
