No, APR is the only one.  The others are included in the OpenAMQ
source tree to avoid untested new libraries messing with production
code.

The expert on the poll issue is Martin Lucina, who's currently on a
trip in the south Pacific somewhere.  If the APR patches are needed
for OS/X and FreeBSD - and I suspect they are for high performance
scenarios - he'll be best placed to find the cleanest way to package
these.  My idea is these patches should actually go back into APR
itself.
