[openamq-dev] OpenAMQ on Mac OS X, port added to MacPorts

MacPorts and the FreeBSD Port Collection are very similar. Since I use both
and develop code on both platforms I thought it would be more convenient
(for me and may be others) to have OpenAMQ installed through these
mechanisms. Both ports have not been included in the production "distro's"
yet, but I am very curious to see how many more downloads this will cause
when that happens... :-)
