[openamq-dev] OpenAMQ on Mac OS X, port added to MacPorts

The following Portfile and patches will hopefully be accepted soon in the
MacPorts ports collection:

I had to change/patch some features of OpenAMQ to make it work:

   1. amq_server will now also check the /opt/local/etc directory for a
   config file. The port copies amq_server_base.cfg to /opt/local/etc.
   2. the default values for log_path and archive_path have been changed
   into /opt/local/var/openamq and /opt/local/var/openamq/archives.

The Port does not use the apr and pcre libraries packaged with OpenAMQ, but
instead depends on ports apr-1 and pcre.

Still to do: Generate a startup item to launch amq_server at boot time.
