[openamq-dev] Topic Vs Direct Exchanges

Hi,

 For our application we are currently using direct exchange but for our next version of the application we might want to use topic based exchange since we need topic hierarchies and complex message matchings.

 We think there might be a performance drop in topic based exchange in contrast to direct. Is there any noticeable performance drop or is it very little ?. Can you give me figures if you have ?
