OK.  You can contribute a package, which is basically a wiki page with
attached files.  See the wiki front-page.

You'll see we already have a handful of add-on packages.  You can put
whatever license you like, I'd suggest GPL.  Later we'll ask
contributors to transfer copyright of files that we need to provide
with the core package.

Congrats on the Ruby wrapper.  This is the first wrapper for WireAPI
to another language after C and C++.
