I've built a simple patch submission process on wiki.openamq.org.  We
need this to ensure that all patches are properly logged and that we
can demonstrate we have the right licenses.

Esteve, could I ask you to submit your two patches again to that wiki,
following the instructions?  Tell me if they're unclear.
