[openamq-dev] proposal & patch: --listen_address to set the address to listen on

Hi all, here's a patch against OpenAMQ-1.2c4 that adds a new option 
(--listen_address) to the OpenAMQ broker for specifying the address to listen 
on.

Right now, OpenAMQ listens on 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces), being able to listen 
on a specific interface (e.g. eth0, but not eth1) is desirable as it prevents 
an OpenAMQ server from becoming available to the entire Internet if deployed 
in a publicly available server, for example.
