[openamq-dev] FreeBSD port of OpenAMQ has been submitted

I have been away on holidays for the last month. 
I have reviewed your work...

I noticed a check for sysvipc_allowed in an jail environment.
I was able to build openamq with this sysctl set to 1 successfully.
This is on FreeBSD6.2 AMD64
