Are we speaking of 0MQ or OpenAMQ here? In case it's 0MQ, it's build 
using GNU autotools. I am not sure whether it is supported on OpenVMS 
platform. If not, you'll have to write the makefile by hand. (The 
platforms we are regularly testing on are Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD and 
Mac OS X.)
