[openamq-dev] Prb building in Windows

Hi all,

I have some prbs to build OpenAMQ on WindowsXP/VisualStudio2003.
I set the VCvars, IBASE, PATH and BOOM_MODEL as required, but I got
errors like
"The system is unable to find the command file - a_build_projects" 
(translated from french).
in the "foreign-1.1d6" directory.

I looked at that as file name but find it only as a tag in batch files
for goto/call commands.

Can you please tell me what is wrong?
