[openamq-dev] Tuning

FYI

We've found a simple way to greatly reduced openamq latency.  Use  
tcmalloc in the amq_server and client executables.  Not only did it  
improve the median latency by 34%, it also produced a similar  
reduction in the variance of the result.

I've added a comment to this effect on the wiki.
