FYI, supplying a constant feed of messages (70,000) I get an average of
215us.
Tibco multicast (using their C++ wrapper) with the same supply gives me
about 330us.

Yes, sure.

Btw, you can even send a message to yourself. That way you don't have to
divide the result by 2.
