[openamq-dev] Upgraded OpenAMQ WIKI site

Hi,

There's a few changes on the wiki.openamq.org site.  This site is
meant to collect all the good things we learn about using OpenAMQ in
the wild.

You'll see that I've put the forum links back into the menu, since
some people asked for this.  Mostly, this email list is better for
discussions, but forums can be good for some things.  It's up to you.

Also, if anyone wants to join the wiki site as an editor, click on
'Become an editor' in the left menu.  Maybe you have experiences with
OpenAMQ you'd like to share.  It's simple to add or edit pages.

Thanks to everyone who uses this list, we appreciate the feedback from
our users, even if (especially if) it's to tell us how OpenAMQ
crashes.  We want to make this software perfect.
