Hi Alexey,

Basically yes, you can use OpenAMQ for this purpose. However, you have 
to give a thought to languages you would like to use.

OpenAMQ is natively accessible from c/c++, java client is to be released 
  shortly. I am not sure as for C# and VB6 but I would expect you can 
use C libraries in both languages.

If I was new to OpenAMQ, I would start here:
