The short answer is "no" but it depends how much you want this.
First, we have older packages of OpenAMQ and can definitely find one
that works with the Qpid python client.  But you will have old code,
with possible issues.

Second, it should be quite simple to upgrade the python client to 0-9,
there were not many changes.  I don't remember the offhand but we can
find that list if needed.
