[openamq-dev] Compiling OpenAMQ

Mato,

I was able to get the server to run.  I had to manually copy all of the
files over.  One of the other engineers on my team ended up building APR
from the Apache site.  We are using that version of APR for our testing.

You don't need all of those.  For the MT build model building apr,
aprutil and xml should give you the files you need.
