[openamq-dev] Compiling OpenAMQ

We are currently attempting to evaluate OpenAMQ for a project that we
are working, but are having some difficulties getting it to build.  My
build environment is:

 

OS:  Windows Server 2003

CPUs: Intel Xeon 5160 @ 3 GHz

Compiler:  Microsoft Visual Studio 2008

 

I set all the environment variables that were shown in the build
instructions for Windows.  I also set the MSVCDir to C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC.  I have enclosed a file that
contains the build errors that I am receiving.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
