[openamq-dev] AMQ Build issues

I have been trying to build AMQ and having no success.  I've caught the output in the attached TXT file. 

I followed your requirements:
1. Win2000 or > : I have Vista
2. Microsoft C/C++ 6.x : I have Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
3. Compile from the command line : cl /? gave me help
4. I set the IBASE variable
5. I set PATH
6. I set BOOM_LEVEL
7. I went to the base folder and ran build

but still no cigar.

Secondly I went to your site and obtained the pre-compiled binaries installed these and again followed 
the instructions for compiling the provided cmdline.pal script.
1. setup your environment as per src compile : I did
2. ran pal cmdline.pal and got the following
