That's odd.  The file you mention does not seem to be in any of the 
following files I downloaded from http://download.imatix.com/pub/

    base-1.2d7-src.tar.gz
    foreign-1.1d7-src.tar.gz
    gsl-4.0c19-src.tar.gz

In fact, the only file ending in '.py' seems to be one from the apr library:

    powerbook.local 106> foreach i (*.gz)
    foreach? tar tfz $i | grep '[.]py'
    foreach? end
    foreign-1.1d7/apr/apr/build/gen-build.py
    powerbook.local 107> 

Should I be looking in another place for it?
