This looks like the problem.  The reference to s_clear_queues on line
3165 of smt_os_thread.c will break ST builds.

I'll have to get Jonathan to look at this.

In the mean time, if you set your BOOM_MODEL to "mt,release" or
"mt,debug" you should be fine.
