Hi again Nick,
It turns out I have another commitment this evening so won't be able to
do too much work with you. I also have yet to hear back from Mato about
what else might be the problem.
But here is something else you can do to help figure this out. Since
we've established that icl_cond_broadcast is being called, can you see
what's happening in the waiting thread (thread 1 I think)? Is
icl_cond_wait returning and smt_wait looping (SMT bug) or is it not
returning at all (APR/pthread bug)?
I'll check my email again in 4-5 hours.
