Nick,

It's a bit more complicated. Internally we are using different build 
process, therefore using Jonathan's patch with downloaded source kit 
will have no effect.

You can either wait for next OpenAMQ release (next week) or you may try 
to fix the issue this way:

1. Go to base2/smt source directory
2. Apply Jonathan's patch to smt_os_thread.icl
3. Run "gsl smt_os_thread.icl" command to generate .h & .c files
4. Rebuild whole OpenAMQ
