[openamq-dev] Steps to run an application in openamq to send message to a queue

It is simpler to work at the command line, since you will see any
error messages that are produced by the application.

Open three command windows, start the server in one, and start the
sending and receiving applications in the others.  Copy the output of
the sender and receiver windows, let us know what they say.
