[openamq-dev] problems building on Windows

You have hit a problem in one of the project files.

The file foreign\apr\apr-util\aprutil.dsw seems to contain two 'xml'
projects, and this is causing the build to fail.

As far as I can tell it's a simple error in the file, and is easily
fixed by changing the second xml project definition to:

Project: "xml_nonthreaded"=".\xml\expat\lib\xml_nonthreaded.dsp" -
Package Owner=<4>

Attached is the fixed file, which you can copy into your build tree in
foreign\apr\apr-util.

Let me know how it goes.  This fix will be in the next release,
planned for next week.
