[openamq-dev] windows build

Hello,

I am trying to compile OpenAMQ-1.2c1 under Windows XP pro SP2, with MS Visual
C++ 6.0, following exactly the instructions given on the website.

I am new to compilation under Windows, as I come from the unix world, so I may
have done obvious mistakes during the process.

The build process interupts, complaining about missing headers.

Thanks for any help to fix this problem.
